This version of the album features 24 tracks, including 12 tracks comprising an early album entitled Emboldened Navigator and the Seagull Dots
Emboldened Navigator was recorded with an earlier incarnation of Frog Eyes featuring Spencer Krug, now well known for his work with Wolf Parade and Sunset Rubdown.
The distinct Carey Mercer sound was already fully in place by this point - in fact a few of these tracks were later released on other CDs.
This release will be of great interest to Frog Eyes completists and may also pique the curiousity of fans of Spencer Krugs’ other bands not yet familiar with Frog Eyes.
