Swan Lake
There are more artists called Swan Lake. One is house music. The other is an indie rock supergroup comprised of Dan Bejar (Destroyer, The New Pornographers), Spencer Krug (Wolf Parade, Sunset Rubdown, Frog Eyes) and Carey Mercer (Frog Eyes, Republic of Freedom Fighters, Breakwater, Blackout Beach). They released their debut album, Beast Moans, in both the CD and LP formats on Jagjaguwar on November 21, 2006.

Swan Lake - The Freedom
Anybody not already totally digging the new Swan Lake record ought to check out this choice cut. Possibly the best track on the record, "The Freedom" is another Dan Bejar classic and a great example of what happens when three of Canada's weirdest and most brilliant songwriters join forces.
