Who says that visiting a city should be a pre-requisite for moving there? Certainly not Angelica LeMinh, who made the move from Vancouver to Montreal in June 2006. She has not been able to resist the allure of the hub of urban legends that is MTL-NYC-TO and is seduced by the mission of writing the truth. She currently faces charges of being a "revisionist" and has yet to be convinced totally that it is a bad thing.
